据中国租赁联盟、联合租赁研发中心和天津滨海融资租赁研究院统计，截止2019年9月底，总部设在天津市的各类融资租赁公司(不含单一项目租赁公司、分公司、SPV子公司、海外收购的公司和已注销的公司)为2037家，比上年底的2008家增加29家。其中：
金融租赁。截止2019年9月底，全国金融租赁企业只增加1家，这就是第一季度落户在天津市东疆的中车金租，使天津市金融租赁公司数量达到12家。
内资租赁。进入第三季度，天津市率先重启内资租赁企业的审批，截止2019年9月底，新增2家内资租赁公司，内资租赁公司数量为114家。
外资租赁。截止2019年9月底，天津市新增26家，总数达到1911家。

According to statistics from the China Leasing Alliance, the Joint Leasing R & D Center and the Tianjin Binhai Financial Leasing Research Institute, the number of financial leasing companies headquartered in Tianjin was 2037 by the end of September 2019 (excluding single project leasing companies, branches, SPV subsidiaries, overseas acquisitions and written-off companies), an increase of 29 over the 2008 at the end of last year. Of which:
Financial leasing. By the end of September 2019, the number of financial leasing enterprises in China had increased by only one, that is CRRC Financial Leasing that has been set in Tianjin in the first quarter. The number of Tianjin financial leasing companies has reached 12.
Domestic leasing. In the third quarter, Tianjin took the lead in restarting the examination and approval of domestic leasing enterprises. By the end of September 2019, there were two new domestic leasing companies, and the number of domestic leasing companies was 114.
Foreign leasing. By the end of September 2019, Tianjin had increased 26, totaling 1911.
